Extension of time-limit for e-filing of appeal up to 15 June 2016 .

If you have not filed your E-appeal till now, then you have a chance to submit the same by 15 june 2016.

The income tax department has extent the time limit of filing e-appeal up to 15 June 2016.

All e- appeals which are required to be filed up to 15 may 2016, can now be filed up to 15 June 2016.

It is compulsory to e-filing of appeal with effect from 1 March 2016 in respect of all persons who are required to furnish return of income electronically.
